4. Holistic Healing: Ayurveda focuses on a holistic approach, including diet, herbal treatments, meditation, yoga, detoxification, and lifestyle practices. It aims to balance the doshas and improve overall health.
5. Prevention over Cure: One of the most important goals of Ayurveda is to prevent disease by maintaining balance in the body through diet, lifestyle, and mental health practices.
